S-P-E-L-L-I-N-G

What a memorable day!! When I picked R up from ECEC, she brought home a coloured picture of a jack-in-the-box.  That wasn’t so memorable, but the top part of the page was, she had written the first 4 letters of her name!!  Wow.  I was so impressed, and she kept insisting she had help, meaning the techer’s aid had written in the last 3 letters.  

So this afternoon as we were playing in the front yard, I encouraged her to spell her whole name, and the result is in the picture.  Not bad!  Ok, well she ran out of interest with the last 2 letters, but man 7 letters is a long name for this age!   We are so proud!
