My kids are growing up

Sad/happy day. My kids are growing up. Today J came up to me and demanded “up”. Which isn’t unusual, but until today, he has always sad “Bup” for up. He said it a few times, so I can say with assurance, bup is gone…Not only that, but daddy got him to say “tractor” too! He was also doing a fine job at dinner of using his fork to ‘fork’ (yes ‘fork’ is a verb at our house) food very carefully.

As if that wasn’t enough, today R decided she was too old for the fairy decals that decorate her walls. So we peeled them off today. So sad!!
